Si Me Faltaras Tu / Parachute

Thee Lakesiders, a dynamic duo from Los Angeles featuring Marie and Necalli, were introduced to us by our pal El Oms. His idea to bring them to NY and into the studio with El Michels was spot - on. They spent two days at The Diamond Mine, with The Shacks as their backing band and Leon co - producing and writing. Together, they recorded three songs, two of which are on this awesome 45 - RPM two - sider. Side A, 'Si Me Faltaras Tu', is a revamped Latin Psych version of Los Terricolas's 1973 hit, with added oomph. Ben's driving beats and Max's guitar skills set the scene for Marie to unleash her powerful vocals. On Side B, 'Parachute' is a dreamy ballad, their favorite style. It floats over guitar strums, brush strokes, and vibraphone rolls. Marie shows a different vocal range here, with her beautiful and rich vocals fitting perfectly, making it a gorgeous B - side that can hold its own with classic tunes.

To use this 45 - RPM vinyl record, simply place it on a compatible turntable. Make sure the turntable is set to the correct speed (45 RPM). Gently lower the tonearm onto the record to start playing. When you're done, lift the tonearm carefully and return it to its rest. Keep the record away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures as this can damage the vinyl. Clean the record regularly with a soft, anti - static brush to remove dust and debris. Avoid touching the playing surface with your fingers to prevent fingerprints and dirt buildup. Store the record in its sleeve and keep it in a cool, dry place to ensure its longevity.
