Skeleton / Unclean Spirit (Blood Red Vinyl)

Legendary composer/director John Carpenter is back with his first non - soundtrack music since 2016's Lost Themes II. Teaming up again with son Cody Carpenter and godson Daniel Davies, his bandmates for the Halloween films, he presents the dynamic new single 'Skeleton' and its spooky B - side, 'Unclean Spirit'. The trio switched their creative focus, free from the constraints of screen - scoring. John said it was refreshing to write music without fitting to a locked image. Working on Halloween sharpened their skills, which benefited these new compositions. The songs developed in the recording room, starting with improvised riffs and then expanding. Just like the previous Lost Themes album, all three contributed to writing and recording.

To enjoy this music, simply play the blood red vinyl on a compatible record player. Make sure the player is clean and in good working condition. When handling the vinyl, hold it by the edges to avoid fingerprints and scratches. After use, store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original sleeve. If the vinyl gets dirty, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe it. Don't expose it to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures as this can damage the vinyl and affect the sound quality.
