Produced by Tony Visconti, a long - time collaborator of David Bowie, it features guest stars like Tommy Lee, Taylor Hawkins of the Foo Fighters, Elliot Easton of the Cars, Dhani Harrison and others in the Kind Heaven Orchestra.
