This Vinyl LP comes with a digital download. I've always aimed to make each record unique, and this one is no different. The songs here reflect my life as a musician, a father, and a person in this wild world over the past few years. They also tell the common stories we all share, both big and small. I really put my heart into these tracks. When I got the chance to work with an internationally famous producer I've long respected, I knew he'd add a special touch. Matt Ross - Spang, the Grammy - Winning engineer of Jason Isbell's Something More Than Free (one of my favorite records last year), is like a musical Willy Wonka. His 'Chocolate Factory' is the legendary Sam Phillips Studio in Memphis, TN. This place has a soul and vibe from Memphis' rich musical history.
