Sun Rooms is a trio led by Jason Adasiewicz. It features Jason on vibraphone, Mike Reed on drums, and Nate McBride on bass. Their debut album, Sun Rooms (DMK 593), was listed as one of the Top 10 Pop and Jazz Records of 2010 by the New York Times (Ben Ratliff). Spacer, crafted in the winter of 2011, took shape during a month - long residency at the Whistler, a north - side Chicago bar. Engineered by Griffin Rodriguez, this musical work showcases 8 new tunes by Adasiewicz, one by McBride, and one by Dutch cornetist Eric Boeren.
