Melissa Blue's sharp - edged synths clash with Byron Blum's zap gun guitar in an eerie oscillating fog, yet it'll make your toes tap. The band has become darker and more addictive, thanks in part to Cameron Allen's excellent drumming and the futuristic production by Byron Blum and Tomas Dolas. It's full of sticky punk spirit in a high - tech bop.
