Mona Bone Jakon (Super Deluxe Edition)

Fifty years later, the tracks on Mona Bone Jakon are as vibrant as when they were first recorded. This Super Deluxe Edition offers a 2020 remastered CD, a 2020 mix (by David Hefti) on both CD and LP. It also includes an exclusive third CD of unreleased demos and a fourth CD with 18 live performances from 1970/71. The 50th - anniversary package features a live 12” etched vinyl E.P. of the rare “Live At Plumpton Jazz & Blues Festival” from August 1970, and a BluRay disc with the original “Lady D’Arbanville” promo video, eight live TV shows, and HD audio of the new 2020 mix.

To use this product, simply insert the CD into your CD player or the BluRay disc into your BluRay player and enjoy the music. For vinyl, use a proper turntable. Keep the discs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and scratches. When handling the vinyl, hold it by the edges to avoid fingerprints on the playing surface. If the discs get dirty, use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean them. Don't use abrasive materials or chemicals on the discs as this may damage them.
