Description

This is a triple vinyl LP pressing. In March 1983, when Paul Weller introduced The Style Council, he was already a well - established musical star. At just 24, he had six albums and nine Top 10 singles with The Jam. As The Jam's leader, he was like a god to his fans, and the band's split seemed unthinkable. But Paul, being creatively restless, left at the peak to form The Style Council with Mick Talbot, Dee C Lee, and Steve White. Over four albums and 17 singles, they became the leaders of progressive soulful pop and social - commenting music. 'Long Hot Summers' includes two unreleased tracks: a demo of 'My Ever Changing Moods' with an orchestral touch and an extended 'Dropping Bombs On The Whitehouse'. It has all the band's classic singles, along with fan - loved tracks like 'Headstart For Happiness'. The album features rare photos, an intro by Paul Weller, an essay by Lois Wilson, and liner notes by actor Martin Freeman. It was remastered at Abbey Road Studios.

To enjoy this triple vinyl LP, simply place it on your record player. Make sure your record player is clean and in good working condition. When handling the vinyl, hold it by the edges to avoid fingerprints and scratches. Store the vinyl in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid stacking heavy objects on top of it. If the vinyl gets dirty, you can use a vinyl cleaning brush to gently remove dust. This album is a great collectible, so handle it with care to keep it in top - notch condition for years to come.
