Starlight Express Zoetrope

Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Starlight Express will open in summer 2024 at the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre's Starlight Auditorium, with shows starting on June 8th. To mark this event, a special collector’s 1LP zoetrope of the original Starlight Express cast recording will be released. Each side is masterfully designed by zoetrope expert Drew Tetz. When exposed to the right light or filmed on your phone, it animates as the vinyl spins.

To use this zoetrope, just play the vinyl record. When the record rotates under the right light conditions, you'll see the amazing animations. You can also capture the cool effects with your phone camera. As for maintenance, keep it away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the vinyl gently if it gets dirty. And be careful when handling it to avoid scratches.
