Description

The musical collaboration between vibraphonist Bobby Hutcherson and tenor saxophonist Harold Land reached its peak on the 1970 album San Francisco. The musicians delved into fusion music with energetic tunes like “Goin’ Down South” and “Ummh,” while also presenting exploratory pieces such as the captivating “Prints Tie.” This Blue Note Classic Vinyl Edition is a stereo, all - analog record. It was mastered by Kevin Gray from the original master tapes and pressed on 180g vinyl at Optimal. Each customer is limited to 4 copies.

To enjoy this San Francisco vinyl record, first, make sure your turntable is clean and in good working condition. Gently place the record on the turntable and use the tonearm to lower the needle onto the starting groove. Sit back and let the music fill your room. When you're done listening, carefully lift the tonearm and return it to its rest. Then, take the record off the turntable and place it back in its sleeve. To keep the record in great shape, store it vertically in a cool, dry place. Avoid touching the playing surface with your fingers as this can leave oils and dirt. If the record gets dirty, you can use a vinyl record cleaning brush to gently remove dust.
