To achieve this diverse sound, Thrice brought in trusted producer Eric Palmquist for percussion and vocal tracks and self - produced all guitar parts. Singer Dustin Kensrue says, 'When we record our own music, we focus more on capturing the right emotion in the performance for a deeper connection, rather than perfecting every note.'
