In the peaceful, wintry solitude of Dreamland Recording Studio, the artists follow the concept of Nous. Each day, they use meditative techniques to break away from daily habitual mindsets, opening the door to higher intuition. During three or four daily studio sessions, they alternate between free improvisation, guided visualizations, meditations from various traditions, tantric chants, poetry and language experiments. Musical ideas are often guided by tonal areas, interval limits, and modular fragments. This project is influenced by Post - Rock, Minimalism, Indeterminacy, World music, Kraut - Rock, Psychedelic/Experimental Rock, Neo - Shamanism, Noise, Ambient, Drone, Folk Chant, and Free Jazz.
