Lonerism

This is a 2012 double vinyl LP release from the Australian alt - psych rockers, Tame Impala. Kevin Parker (vocals/guitar) and Dominic Simper (bass) started Tame Impala in 1999 in Perth when they were just 13. They recorded in their bedrooms until 2007, when Jay Watson joined on drums and backing vocals. Their sound harks back to the late '60s, not mimicking any single band of that era. They could channel the Nazz one moment and the Jimi Hendrix Experience the next. Hiding away in Western Australia, they used gear and production techniques that seemed untouched since 1968 to recreate their favorite musical period, song by song, wrapped in walls of psychedelic fuzz.

To enjoy this double vinyl LP, simply place it on your turntable and drop the needle gently. Make sure your turntable is clean and well - maintained. When handling the vinyl, hold it by the edges to avoid fingerprints and scratches. After use, put the vinyl back in its sleeve carefully. Store it upright in a cool, dry place to keep it in good condition. Don't expose it to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures as this can damage the vinyl. If the record gets dirty, you can use a record cleaning brush to gently remove dust.
