The Building follows up their 2017 debut with a four - song EP titled Just For Once. This EP features three outtakes from their last album and one brand - new song, serving as a link between the past and the future. According to Anthony LaMarca, these songs are a collection of B - sides. Two were recorded for the last LP, and the title track, though recently recorded, didn't fit the next album. He still wanted to share them. The two Reconciliation outtakes deal with fear and uncertainty related to health issues during album - writing. Just For Once is about finally breaking free from a one - sided relationship. You can still love, but you don't need to keep giving without getting anything in return. And there are some amazing guitar solos!
