Description

This exciting 1961 live recording by Pacific Jazz features Kenny Dorham leading a quintet with Jackie McLean, Walter Bishop Jr., Leroy Vinnegar, and Art Taylor at The Jazz Workshop in San Francisco. The set includes four classic standards bookended by two Dorham originals. This stereo Tone Poet Vinyl Edition is produced by Joe Harley, mastered by Kevin Gray from original analog tapes, pressed on 180g vinyl at RTI, and comes in a deluxe tip - on jacket.

To enjoy this vinyl record, first make sure your turntable is clean and in good working condition. Gently place the record on the turntable and use the tonearm to lower the needle onto the starting groove. Listen as the smooth jazz tunes fill your room. When you're done, carefully lift the tonearm and return it to its rest. Store the record in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid touching the playing surface with your fingers to prevent dirt and oil from affecting the sound quality. If the record gets dirty, use a proper record cleaning brush to gently remove dust.
