Recorded at Chapel Studios with Cam Blackwood (known for working with George Ezra and Jack Savoretti) and mixed by Alan Moulder (who has worked with Nine Inch Nails and Queens of the Stone Age), this album named after the Buddhist term for enlightenment takes you on a forty - minute rock 'n' roll ride. It combines molten - hot bangers, scorched - soul ballads, and grunge lullabies with brutally honest lyrics, offering a whole new sensory experience.
