Echoes of the Dreamtime

This 2016 limited vinyl LP, Echoes of the Dreamtime, is Miranda Lee Richards' third album. It's a wonderful blend of folk, indie, psychedelia, and dream - pop. Miranda, daughter of cult cartoonists Ted and Teresa Richards and goddaughter of Robert Crumb, has an impressive musical background. Taught guitar by Kirk Hammett of Metallica, she's worked with big names like Joe Firstman, Suzanne Vega. She was part of the Brian Jonestown Massacre, singing their hit 'Anemone'. After The Herethereafter (2001) and Light Of X (2009), this album is produced by Rick Parker of Dandy Warhols and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club.
