Damily, born in 1968 in Tongobory near the great Malagasy river Onilahy, started his career as a professional Tsapiky musician in 1986. He moved to France in 2003 and has since built an international career with his Malagasy band. This album compiles his cassettes recorded in Madagascar from 1995 - 2002, offering a unique taste of Malagasy music.
