In 2000, a well - dressed band named THE HORRORS from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, rolled into Las Vegas for a show. Freshly signed to In The Red Recordings and touring for their debut LP, they blew the crowd away with an intense racket and primitive moves. I invited them for a home - cooked fried chicken meal, which turned out badly. Fast forward 13 years, guitarist Andy Caffrey of THE HORRORS contacted me about his new band AUTODRAMATICS and asked us to sell their LP in our shop. Years later, he sent a CD - R of CR DICKS' full - length album 'CR DICKS GO IN'. It's a noisy garage - punk blend with crunk and hip - hop elements. We grabbed it and made this 'Dick Moves' LP. It's crazy, awesome, and features Pete Balestrieri, ex - VIOLENT FEMMES saxman. A must - have for fans of Black Gladiator, OBNOX, and similar acts.
