Buddha

Buddha is the third and last demo of the American pop - punk band Blink - 182. Recorded and released in January 1994 under the name Blink, it marked the band's first sellable and distributable recording. Blink - 182 was formed in Poway, California, a suburb of San Diego, in August 1992. Guitarist Tom DeLonge and Mark Hoppus got to know each other through Hoppus' sister. They then recruited drummer Scott Raynor and practiced in his bedroom, spending hours writing music, going to punk shows and movies, and having fun with practical jokes. The band had previously recorded two demos, Flyswatter and Demo No.2, in Raynor's bedroom using a four - track recorder. Many tracks from this demo were re - recorded for their debut album Cheshire Cat.
