Description
Half Moon Run is back with their third album, A Flaw in the Great Light, released via Glassnote. Produced by Joe Chiccarelli (The Strokes, Beck, Killers), it features hit singles Then Again and Flesh & Blood. Montreal's indie rockers, known for their 'complex' music, blend dreamy alt - pop, bucolic alt - folk, and psychedelic indie rock. The four multi - instrumentalists, Devon Portielje, Conner Molander, Dylan Phillips, and Isaac Symonds, are famous for their cerebral, acrobatic arrangements and beautiful yet intense harmonies. Their first album, Dark Eyes, placed two top singles on BBC Radio 1 and went platinum in Canada, getting them on Rolling Stone's 'bands to watch' list. Their follow - up, Canadian Gold Record Sun Leads Me On, led to extensive tours in Europe and North America and a Juno nod in 2016.
