Best from the West: Modern Sounds from California

This is a limited 10' vinyl re - pressing of a classic Blue Note album. It's the second volume of a Musical Blindfold test by Leonard Feather. In Volumes 1 and 2, a band of west - coast musicians recorded 6 songs per record. In Volume 1, artist names were hidden, and fans were invited to send their guesses to the Blue Note offices in New York. On Volume 2's packaging, all performer names from both volumes were revealed.

To use this vinyl album, first, make sure your record player is clean and in good working condition. Place the vinyl gently on the turntable and use the tonearm to carefully lower it onto the record.
