Description

In 1975, two friends created this unknown yet precious album. Each recorded one side, making just two acetates and hand - crafting beautiful covers from enlarged photos of the Isles of St Kilda. Side one offers a neo - classical prog rock epic in the style of Renaissance and Continuum. Inspired by the wild and pagan Isles of St Kilda, the 16 - year - old composer Peter MC Kerrow was taken by military launch to census the rare Soay Sheep there. A storm blew his tent away on the first night. The other side, by his Canadian pal from the same English university, features melancholic, Cohen - esque songs born from homesickness for Canada and a broken relationship. The original LP is stunningly beautiful and a highly sought - after artifact of the prog era.

To enjoy this album, simply put the LP on your record player and let the music play. When handling the record, make sure your hands are clean to avoid getting fingerprints on it. Store the album in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping. If the record gets dirty, you can use a soft record brush to gently clean the grooves. Remember, this is a rare and precious item, so handle it with care.
